Art Therapy

Art therapy offers a process of discovery, through creative unfolding;

As a holding space for deeper self-reflection;

And meaningful engagement with our interior and exterior lives.

Group Sessions, for Children:

Expressive Art

Expressive Art takes place and shape in a group-based format of up to six children, maximum. The format is designed to be facilitative; towards creating the conditions for freedom of expression in a safe space by which kids can explore and play with making/ creativity in relation to themselves. 

Expressive Art also works towards fostering a sense of community amongst its participants where they can learn and be, together through both a sense of expression and reflection that becomes enhanced in group-based settings.

Expressive Art runs throughout the duration of term four (October to December, 20026) for ages six to twelve years old.

Creative Writing, for Children

Creative Writing

This program is designed within a group-based context for up to six children maximum from ages eight to twelve years old to explore processes of storytelling that includes narrative structure and character development, illustrations, synthesising their ideas into creative expressions within a safe and inclusive space by which to explore and most of all play with their creativity and  their expressive selves.

Creative Writing will run for the duration of term four (October-December, 2026).
